We can not unfortunately deliver to a PO Box. Your delivery address must be a physical location to receive your goods.
The House With No Name offers free delivery on most items within mainland Spain. Our standard door-to-door service means that your item is delivered to the outside of your delivery address but does not include taking it into your property or upstairs to flats and apartments. If you need the type of service where a heavier item like a sofa is placed in the room of your choice then there is an extra charge. If not then we encourage you to take advantage of the free service!
Before ordering furniture and larger items, please measure the space available carefully and ensure the item will fit. Consider entrance points, doorways, staircases etc.
Once your furniture is received, you have a period of 24 hours to verify it, in the event that something is damaged, broken or faulty you must communicate this to us for us to be able to make the appropriate claim to the contracted transport agency.
If within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise we do not receive any anomaly, it will be understood that your product is in perfect condition.
Delivery times are estimated and whilst we/our couriers endeavour to deliver within that time, occasionally there may be delays.
Please note that all items delivered beyond your doorstep are carried out at your own risk.
Damaged and faulty items - whilst we take every care to ensure your item arrives with you in once piece, occasionally items do get damaged during transit. Please inform us within 24 hours of receipt if your item has been damaged during transit.
Once we have confirmed a product is faulty, we will then offer you a means of returning the parcel at our cost. You will then have 7 days to return the parcel at our cost, after which time our standard returns policy applies.
If you want to withdraw your purchase of the merchandise - You'll have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of your goods requested to inform us of your desire to return your item.
Please indicate your intention to return the product by email or phone, to which we will advise you specifying the precise instructions for returning the product.
Once we received the item back we will return the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
Once we receive your request we will contact you to indicate the details of the return. You / the customer will bear the costs of returning the goods.
To return a product it is essential that it is in perfect condition and with its corresponding original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used and / or assembled.
For any type of return you must keep the original packaging boxes. If not, no refund will be processed.
