How much do your services cost?

It depends on the size and scope of your project. Our fee is usually a fixed price but can be hourly on smaller projects.

Do you charge for your first meeting?

Our first meeting is free of charge - it’s an opportunity for you to get to know us and see if we’re a good fit for your project. If however we have already had dealings extensively over the phone and email it is possible that you are ready to work with us and therefore we would be speaking about fees. Sadly we can't just give you all the info and ideas in a first free meeting or we wouldn't have a business! The first meeting is always to introduce ourselves and see your space and hear your own thoughts.

Will you impose your preferences and taste onto my ideas?

No but it’s our job to work with you to create a unique interior that will be both aesthetically pleasing and functional for you – a design that you will be happy with for years to come, therefore it is in our interest to listen to you. We do not have a particular style but Naomi can get excited about showing you certain products, brands and possibilities! 

Is there a contract?

We can give you a simple Letter of Agreement that is signed by both of us. Included in this would be  the fees, purchasing options and basic conditions of our agreement. If warranted, this simple letter of agreement goes along with the project specifications for full project pricing. 

Where do you get your furniture?

Our project products come from a variety of sources. We use local stores, showrooms, and retail locations, as well as online and catalogue retailers. If our clients have sources that they prefer to work with, we are more than happy to do so. We can also work with local custom upholstery tradespeople. We have a fantastic relationship with our tile and ceramics suppliers with access to the  most exciting brands in Spain.

Do we need to use your contractor or architect?

Not at all. We will work with your builder, or tradespeople. We are pleased to refer you to those who can help as we know it is often difficult to know where to go. You will not pay us for construction related labour, that is between you and the contractor. We will act as a liaison between you and the builder.

Do I have to make purchases through you?

No, you are welcome to make any purchases on your own. Most clients do purchase through us, because of the discount we pass along, plus we can arrange delivery and installation on your behalf especially if you don't live in Spain. This is not always the case though, typically if we can save you money, we will purchase for you.

What if there is a labour problem or I am unhappy with an item delivered to my home?

Our business is based on referral so your complete satisfaction with the end result and the process getting there is our priority.
